Q: What is IPTV?
A: Instead of transmitting content via light pulses in fibre-optic cable or radio waves from a satellite, IPTV sends shows and movies through your standard internet connection.

Q: Is there any contract involved?
A: No. There is no commitment involved with purchasing the IPTV service. You can purchase monthly or to obtain a discount you can purchase 4 months, 7 months or 1 year packages.

Q: How much data does IPTV use?
A: That depends on how much you watch and the quality you watch in.

We recommend uncapped internet with a minimum speed of 20mbps.

Q: Do I need a computer?
A: No. You can use a TV box which connects to your router via Ethernet or WIFI and to your TV via HDMI. We recommend Tv boxes sold from this supplier https://jctech.co.za/product-category/tv-boxes/

Q: Do I need a VPN (Virtual Private Network)?
A: No. You don’t need a VPN network to use our IPTV but we do recommend you use one.

Q: Can I use one subscription on multiple receivers?
A: All our Nitro TV packages allow for 2 android devices or 1 mag device. If you would like to connect more than this please contact us for details and pricing.

Q: Can I attach more than one TV?
A: You would need a separate TV Box for each TV.

Q: Do you offer any demo/trial accounts?
A: We offer a limited number of 24hr/4hr trials daily during weekdays (Activation between 8am and 4pm CAT), please email sales@streamitiptv.com or telegram @Nitro_Iptv_SA to request a trial. We do not offer trials on weekends.

Q:What’s the minimum Internet requirements to use your service?
A: The minimum speed for SD channels is 6Mbps to 8Mbps,10Mbps for HD channels and 25Mbps for UHD channels.
